Had Hera as my driving instructor. I did a 20 hour intensive course but he was flexible with timings so I didn’t have to do 5 hours every day. He was patient and thorough. I was able to learn quickly. I was able to change my driving test last minute, Hera scheduled in several hours before my test day. I am very happy with my instructor (Hera Miah) . He is patient, kind, and always explain things clearly and calmly. I was nervous in the beginning, but his support helped me feel more confident and comfortable while learning. He always encourage me and help me improve step by step. Passed first time! He(instructor)was patient, calm, and supportive throughout my lessons, but also firm when needed. He always pointed out what I was doing well, helped me work on the areas that needed improvement, and kept encouraging me along the way.
